Registration

Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year (2025-2026) will begin on

Tuesday, February 18th.

To register your child for Edgewood's kindergarten, you must contact our Central Registration office at:

to schedule an appointment.

Once you have your appointment set, you will need to bring the following items with you:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records

    • Kindergarten students need to have the following updated immunizations:

      • DTaP/DT Tdap/Td Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis- (3 or 4 doses)

      • POLIO- 3 or more doses of IPV. The final dose must be administered on or after the fourth birthday regardless of the number of previous doses. If a combination of OPV and IPV was received, four doses of either vaccine are required.

      • MMR Measles, Mumps, Rubella- 2 doses of MMR. The first dose must be administered on or after the first birthday. The second dose must be administered at least 28 days after the first dose.

      • HEP B Hepatitis B- 3 doses of Hepatitis B. The second dose must be administered at least 28 days after the first dose. The third dose must be given at least 16 weeks after the first dose and at least eight weeks after the second dose. The last dose in the series (third or fourth dose) must not be administered before age 24 weeks.

      • VARICELLA (Chickenpox) - 2 doses of varicella vaccine must be administered prior to entry. The first dose must be administered on or after the first birthday. The second dose should be administered at least three months after the first dose; however, if the second dose is administered at least 28 days after the first dose, it is considered valid.

  • *Preschool Students will need to provide a current updated physical (physical form available) from their pediatrician with the following immunizations:

    • DTaP/DT Tdap/Td Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis- (3 or 4 doses)

  • Parents Photo I.D.

  • Custody Documents (if applicable)

  • Proof of Residency (one of the following):

    • Lease

    • Mortgage Coupon/Statement

    • Closing Statement

    • Print out of Auditors Site

    • Property Tax Bill

  • IEP / ETR / 504 / WAP (If applicable)
