To Parents/Guardians and Students,
We are excited for the new school year to begin and there’s always so much to do! One of those very important activities is reviewing, revising, and signing off on your student’s Final Forms. You’ll recall you completed these forms online in the past, but it is critical that you take time to review all your student’s information to ensure it is still correct. If you need to make any changes, you can update the information online. Once you have reviewed all your student’s forms, you will be able to sign off (electronically) and your Final Forms will be updated for this school year. This action needs to be completed by Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Students in Grade 9-12: Once your parent/guardian has reviewed, revised, and signed Final Forms, you will need to login to your school account, then login into Final Forms, and sign the Contact form and any other forms relative to your grade area and activities in which you participate.
