After relying on Google Slides for the first three years of their publication, Cougar Prints has made the transition to a new website with the help of a grant provided by Edgewood alumni and Fox News congressional correspondent Chad Pergram.
Pergram was a part of the Cougar Prints staff during his time at Edgewood High School and was recently awarded the Joan S. Barone Award for Excellence in Journalism.
Cougar Prints has always been driven to provide the Edgewood community with insight into what students are achieving inside and outside the classroom. Their new website will allow them to expand their outreach. With a focus on news that affects the students and staff at Edgewood, Cougar Prints hopes that their new site will make it easier for the community to stay updated regarding important news and upcoming events.
Cougar Prints staff is excited to enter this new chapter for their paper, and they hope the students, staff, and community enjoy their website. As their paper continues to grow, they encourage future EHS students to join Cougar Prints to get involved in the school and the larger community.
