Edgewood families, Bus 17 was involved in a hit and run accident this morning, September 8. Fortunately, no students were on the bus and the drive was not injured. Trenton PD is now on the scene.
Edgewood parents/guardians & staff members, please check your email for important information regarding new reporting requirements for positive COVID-19 cases in K-12 schools. These requirements were issued by the Ohio Dept. of Health and will go into effect on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

Tonight's EHS Varsity football game is SOLD OUT against Mt. Healthy. For those who purchased tickets, please follow our COVID Gameday Protocols. The game will be live-streamed by Chatterbox Sports starting at 7pm. Details will be posted later today on how you can watch the game.
EHS Students: If you will be driving to the high school this year, please make sure you have everything completed so that you can get your parking pass on time. The deadline is Friday, September 11th. An email reminder will be sent tomorrow morning with the details.

As you may be aware the EHS Varsity Football game against Fenwick has been postponed. We are excited to announce that a replacement Varsity football game has been schedule for tomorrow night, August 28 against Winton Woods. Football coaches & cheer parents will be contacted by their student-athlete's coach about online ticket availability later today. For all other students, family members, staff, and our Edgewood community, GENERAL ADMISSION WILL BE LIMITED! As you may have heard, the Ohio Department of Health released a statewide order on August 19th restricting all school athletic facilities to 15% capacity, based on all permanent seating in the facility. This order has dramatically reduced the number of tickets available to attend a game in-person.
Our first Varsity football of the season is at Fenwick tomorrow night, August 28, but the game is already SOLD OUT, but we have good news Cougars!!! The game will be live-streamed!

Other Important Reminders:
* Preschool students: Parents will need to bring a copy of your child's current shot records and a copy of a current physical when you come to your Preschooler's screening.
* Kindergarten students: Parents will need to bring a copy of your child's current shot records when you come to your Kindergartner's screening.
* 7th Grade students: If your 7th Grader still needs to get a Tdap and/or a meningococcal vaccine, please take care of getting this scheduled before school.
* 12th Grade students: If your Senior still needs a meningococcal vaccine, please take care of getting this scheduled before school starts.
All immunizations for students must be completed by the 14th day of school or your child may be excluded from attending. If your child has a medical condition that prevents him/her from taking an immunization OR if you have a religious or philosophical objection to vaccines, please see your building’s nurse to complete necessary paperwork, once school begins.

EHS Class of 2020: Your yearbooks are in and can be picked up on Wednesday, August 26th at the EHS Main Entrance from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be curbside pick-up when you arrive. A staff member will be there to assist you.
