Important Updates for the Last Week of School (May 18-21)

Meal Pickup Dates 

  • Next week will be the last week of our Meal Pickup program. 

  • Meals will be available for pickup at Babeck and Edgewood Elementary school from 11 am- Noon on:  

    • Monday, May 18

    • Wednesday, May 20

  • The Trenton MidPointe Library will be sponsoring a Summer Lunch Program this year in our community. Details are still being finalized. Once details are released, information will be emailed to all our families and staff members and we will post information on our district’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

Paper Copies of Assignments:

Provided below is the last day paper copies of assignments will be available to pick up this school year, for students without access to technology or internet:

  • Babeck Early Childhood:

    • Monday, May 18: 11 am- Noon 

  • Edgewood Elementary School: 

    • Last day copies were distributed was Wednesday, May 13.

  • Edgewood Middle School:

    • Monday, May 18: 11 am- 1 pm

  • Edgewood High School:

    • Monday, May 18: 10 am- Noon 

  • Seven Mile Elementary School:

 Senior Cap & Gown Pickup Day- Wednesday, May 20

  • Today is the last day of school for our Seniors. We will certainly miss you but are excited for each of you as you begin the next chapter of your lives. Here is the information for the Cap & Gown Pick Up Day, including times, map for entering EHS and other details.

  • Times: 

    • Seniors Last Name (A-L) 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

    • Seniors Last Name (M-Z) 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

    • Location: Edgewood High School Main Entrance (Curbside Pick-up)

    • Map of Route - Please follow the route, enter Busenbark from St. Rt. 73 to the high school

 Athletic Facilities and Playgrounds Remain Closed

  • Per Governor DeWine and the OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association), the No Contact rule is in place through the end of June 2020.  To stay in compliance, Edgewood cannot have any organized training sessions, as a program, until we are given permission from the Governor.  As a result, all facilities on the Edgewood campus remain closed to athletes and community members.

  • Our Edgewood City Schools playgrounds remain closed until at least May 29, per the Stay Safe Order issued from the Ohio Department of Health.

Last Day of School 

  • May 15th is the last day of school for our seniors. Congratulations to our Class of 2020!

  • Thursday, May 21st is the last day of school for our Littlest Cougars (Preschoolers) to our 11th Graders!
