REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

Parents / Legal guardians must enroll their student(s) with the following documents:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records

  • Parents Photo I.D.

  • Custody Documents (if applicable)

  • Proof of Residency (one of the following):

    • Lease

    • Mortgage Coupon/Statement

    • Closing Statement

    • Print out of Auditors Site

    • Property Tax Bill

  • IEP / ETR / 504 / WAP (If applicable)

Open Enrollment 2025-2026 Information

Open Enrollment applications for the 2025-26 school year will be accepted beginning Monday, February 3, 2025, at 8:00 am through Monday, March 31, 2025 at 4:00 pm.  Applications are considered on a first come first serve basis (availability is limited).  Parents will be notified of a decision no later than August 1, 2025.  If you student is accepted, you will receive additional instructions to complete the registration process.

Current Edgewood Students on Open Enrollment must submit an application annually, however, returning students only need to submit the application to be considered for open enrollment.

New applicants will need to submit the application and provide a current report card (students entering grades 1-9) or a high school transcript (students entering grades 10-12) to be considered for open enrollment.
