Pay to Participate Fees (Grades 7-12)
- On June 2, 2020, the Board of Education took action to reinstate the fee to participate in sports and extracurricular activities for the 2020/2021 school year.
- A student wishing to participate in any sports or extracurricular activities will be charged a $50 fee for each activity or sport, up to $100 for the school year. The maximum participation fee for a family is $250 a school year.
- The coach or advisor of the sport/activity will be collecting up to $50 (cash or check) from the student. For your convenience, you may also pay this fee in Final Forms with a credit card. The participation fee along with school fees must be paid in full or a payment agreement set up for school fees before the first game/performance for your child to participate.
Payment Plan Agreement for School Fees (Kindergarten-Grade 12)
To initiate a Payment Plan Agreement for school fees:

A down payment of 20% of all outstanding fees is due to start up the plan agreement.
A minimum payment of $25 is due every month until the balance is paid.
In addition to cash and checks, Edgewood accepts credit cards, debit cards and gift cards from VISA®, MasterCard®, and Discover® for payment of school fees. Parents and guardians can pay with their credit card online through EZpay, at the school office or the Board of Education Office.
